Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, how much it cost and delivery options. At this time you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records. This email does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contract of purchase.

Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what has been sent to you (either by us for UK deliveries where you have selected overseas delivery) and informing you of your tracking reference number. By clicking on the tracking reference link you will be taken to the courier's website where you can see the progress of your delivery.

Standard UK Delivery

Using our Standard UK Delivery, your order should be with you by the NEXT WORKING DAY as long as you order & pay before 12pm.

All our UK mainland orders are sent via the UKMAIL FULLY TRACKABLE NEXT WORKING DAY service to provide Super Fast Shipping to our customers, something you have advised us is a key issue that like about our store.

Upto £25 - £4.99

£25 to £40 - £4.50

£40 to £69.99 - £4.00

over £70 - FREE within UK Mainland.

FREE Standard UK Delivery

Receive FREE standard UK Delivery when you spend over £70. (your order should be with you within 5 working days excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Next Day Delivery

Place your order before 12pm Monday - Thursday and receive your order the very next day (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Zones 1 within Europe: Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Monaco & Luxembourg

Zones 2 within Europe: Italy, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland & Sweden.

Zones 3 outside Europe: USA, Australia.

RETURNS POLICY

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with touchdown sports however occasionally you may need to return an item. You will find full returns instructions on the invoice which we send out with your order. Please fill out the necessary details at the bottom of your invoice clearly stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled within seven (7) working days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. We try hard to accept all returns, returns don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition, we may have to send it back to you. The goods are returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights. If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.
